- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup Tequila
- ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
4. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
