Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Grapes, halved
  • ¼ cup Almonds, slivered
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 8 slices Bread

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, and almonds.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the chicken salad mixture onto 4 slices of bread.
  4. Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread to make sandwiches.
  5. Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters, if desired.
