Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Red Grapes, halved
- ¼ cup Almonds, slivered
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 8 slices Bread
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, and almonds.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the chicken salad mixture onto 4 slices of bread.
Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread to make sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters, if desired.
