Tater Tots Casserole Recipe
A comforting casserole made with tater tots, ground beef, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix together cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
