  • 200 g Steak Thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 2 slices Cheese Your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  3. 3. Add the steak slices, cooking until browned.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Place the cooked steak and vegetables on one slice of toasted bread.
  6. 6. Top with cheese slices and the other slice of bread.
