Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
  2. Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook as desired.
