- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
