Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, white wine, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and scallops, cook until seafood is opaque (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
