- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 head Cabbage large
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until translucent.
3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
4. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat. Let it cool slightly.
6. Separate cabbage leaves and fill each with the beef mixture. Wrap tightly.
