  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
