Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot with a side of your choice.
