Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 can Spam sliced into 8 pieces
  • 4 sheets nori cut in half
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup mirin

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, and mirin.
  3. 3. Fry Spam slices in a pan until crispy, then add the soy sauce mixture and cook until caramelized.
  4. 4. Place a slice of Spam on a piece of nori, add a scoop of rice, and use the musubi mold to shape it.
  5. 5. Wrap the nori around the rice and Spam, sealing with a bit of water.
