Southern Pimento Cheese Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jar diced pimentos, drained (4 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- to taste salt and pepper
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. 
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. 
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
