Southern Pimento Cheese Recipe

- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jar diced pimentos, drained (4 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- to taste salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
