- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
3. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce onto the chicken breasts. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
