- 3 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 6 Burger Buns
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
3. Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
5. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
6. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
7. Serve the pulled beef on burger buns.
