Smoked Corned Beef Sandwiches Recipe

- 2 lbs corned beef brisket
- 8 slices rye bread
- 4 tablespoon mustard
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoon butter
Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
Smoke the corned beef brisket for about 2 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F.
Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes, then slice thinly.
Spread mustard on each slice of rye bread.
Layer the corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on 4 slices of bread.
Top with the remaining bread slices.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Grill sandwiches until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
