Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 cup Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Corn kernels frozen or canned
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans, and corn.
2. Add salt, black pepper, garlic, thyme, and basil. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef and vegetables are tender.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
