  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Barley
  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 2 cups Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, broth, barley, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
