Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into cubes
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Barley
- 2 cups Carrots chopped
- 2 cups Celery chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, broth, barley, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and barley are tender.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
