Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Green Beans, chopped
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Transfer the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker.
  3. 3. Add the carrots, celery, onion, garlic, beef broth, diced tomatoes, green beans, corn, salt, pepper, thyme, and basil to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
