Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough optional, for serving
1. Add chicken, mixed vegetables, potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, thyme, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Stir to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
4. If using biscuit dough, bake according to package instructions and serve on top of the stew.
