Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup
A comforting and easy-to-make chicken noodle soup using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 Celery Stalks sliced
- 1 Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 oz Egg Noodles
1. Add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
3. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return chicken to the slow cooker.
4. Add egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
