Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef stew meat
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Chopped carrots
- 2 cups Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Add beef, broth, carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, peas, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
