Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 package Egg noodles cooked according to package instructions

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Toss beef in the mixture until well coated.
  2. 2. In a slow cooker, add beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef is tender.
  4. 4. Stir in sour cream until well combined. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
