- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 packet Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 6 units Sandwich Rolls
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
3. Sprinkle the dry Italian salad dressing mix over the beef.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
5. Shred the beef with two forks and serve on sandwich rolls.
