Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon
A classic French beef stew made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Onions chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the beef in batches.
2. Transfer beef to the slow cooker. Add all other ingredients.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
