Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 4 hamburger buns
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. Mix well.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
