  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Stir in white wine, lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
