Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 sandwich rolls or slices of bread
  • 4 leaves lettuce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place a lettuce leaf on each sandwich roll or slice of bread.
  4. Spoon the shrimp salad mixture onto the lettuce.
  5. Top with the other half of the roll or another slice of bread.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
