Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
Fry wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
