Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
