Shrimp Quesadillas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 8 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp, and top with another tortilla.
5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
6. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
