Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 package Gelatin unflavored
  • ½ cup Cold water
  • ½ cup Hot water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour gelatin mixture into shrimp mixture and mix well.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
  5. 5. Unmold onto a serving platter and serve chilled.
