Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 0.5 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Water for sealing wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a food processor, combine edamame, shrimp, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.
  4. Steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
