Salad Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas thawed
- ½ cup red onion chopped
- ½ cup green bell pepper chopped
- ½ cup celery chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup bacon bits
- 2 tablespoon sugar
1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
3. Next, add the chopped red onion, followed by the green bell pepper, and then the celery.
4. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the top of the vegetables.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the mayonnaise.
6. Add the bacon bits on top of the cheese.
7. Finally, sprinkle the sugar over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
