Ingredients

  • 200 g Jellyfish pre-soaked and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 stalk Green Onion sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add the pre-soaked and sliced jellyfish to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  3. 3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion on top. Toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
