Sesame Chicken Recipe

- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the chicken and serve hot.
