Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Add cooked pasta, shredded chicken, sesame seeds, green onions, and carrots to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
