Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

- 12 large mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup cooked seafood chopped (shrimp, crab, or a mix)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped seafood, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the seafood mixture, pressing down slightly to pack the filling.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
