Seafood Seviche
A refreshing and zesty seafood dish perfect for summer.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Fish Fillets (e.g., tilapia, snapper) cut into small cubes
- 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 unit Jalapeño Pepper seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fish and lime juice. Make sure the fish is fully submerged in the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fish is opaque and firm.
2. Drain the fish and discard the lime juice. Add the red onion, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeño, and salt to the fish. Mix well.
3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on a bed of lettuce.
