Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 150 g Shrimp cooked and peeled
  • 100 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 50 g Black Olives sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
  4. 4. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
