- 1 lb Green Beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add green beans, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender-crisp, about 10-15 minutes.
