- 1 pound Breakfast sausage mild or spicy
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 8 Biscuits homemade or store-bought
1. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
2. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
