  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dill dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
