  • 2 pcs Carrots boiled and diced
  • 1 cup Peas boiled
  • 4 pcs Pickles diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, and peas until tender. Let them cool.
  2. 2. Dice the boiled potatoes, carrots, and pickles.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced vegetables, peas, and pickles.
  4. 4. Add mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
