  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Hamburger buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the cube steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge the steaks in flour, then dip in buttermilk, and dredge in flour again.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the steaks until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
