Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 whole Lemon halved
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the lemon halves and rosemary sprigs inside the chicken cavity.
  5. Place the chicken in a roasting pan, breast side up.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
