Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat the roast beef until warm.
Place a portion of roast beef in each tortilla.
Add cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and tomato on top of the beef.
Roll up the tortillas and place them in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are slightly crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy!
