Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast beef sliced thin
  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato diced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the roast beef until warm.
  3. Place a portion of roast beef in each tortilla.
  4. Add cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and tomato on top of the beef.
  5. Roll up the tortillas and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are slightly crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
