- 1 head Red Cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots grated
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage and grated carrots.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat evenly.
4. Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
