Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 lb fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  2. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add fish chunks and cook until fish is opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper. Heat through but do not boil.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
