Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. During the last minute of cooking, add pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each patty. Cover and let the cheese melt.
  6. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet until golden brown.
  7. 7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun. Serve hot.
