  • 4 medium Tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 2 medium Limes juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 medium Jalapeño optional, diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Dice the tomatoes and onion.
  2. 2. Chop the cilantro.
  3. 3. Juice the limes.
  4. 4. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
