Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly Steak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Large onion, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until tender.
3. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced steak.
4. Cook the steak until browned, then mix with the sautéed veggies. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Divide the mixture into four portions in the skillet, place two slices of provolone cheese on each portion.
6. Once the cheese melts, scoop the mixture into the hoagie rolls.
